I am an uprooted Cali born, Massachusetts native settled here in sunny NM. Coming with a passion for fitness, inspiring others, strong leadership and mentoring individuals into being the best they can be.

I have an array of Certifications under my belt such as: Corrective Exercise, Group Fitness, Senior and Youth Training, MMA, May Thai Instruction, Aqua Fitness and Boot Camp. Enabling me to bring that one-two-punch into your workouts achieving your fitness goals!

Originated in the Philippines and moved to the United States at a young age. I found my passion to become naturalized and proudly serve the our country. Serving 8 Years USMC, and 9 Years as a Staff Sargant in the US Army. I continued to devote myself to physical fitness and obtained my Masters in Fitness throughout my tenure.
Now a retired veteran, I pride myself in motivating my clients through values that have been instilled in me: working hard, persevering and overcoming challenges.
